Nancy & Stephen LaPointe
Owners
In an everchanging world, where some individuals cannot speak for themselves, Nancy and Steve make it their goal to spread kindness everyday to whoever needs it, however they need it.
Nancy and Steve have become the voices of hundreds of people over the many years that All Pointe has been open. They are always ready to help clients strengthen their abilities by providing emotional support, allowing them to be better employees, and members of their families, communities, etc.
Together they believe, “If you give a man a fish, he’ll eat for a day. If you teach a man to fish, he’ll eat for life.”

Sandra Trela-Selmont
Chief Financial Officer
Sandra is responsible for All Pointe’s overall financial and strategic management, including the Company’s financial reporting, long-range business planning and program management.
Sandra joined All Pointe in 2012 after 4 years with a publicly traded company in External Reporting and Technical Accounting and 8 years of public accounting in audit and assurance before that.
She graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2002 with Bachelor of Science in Accounting and 2005 with her Masters in Business Administration. She received her CPA in 2009.
Outside of work, Sandra loves spending time with her 3 kids and husband, playing board games and attending sporting events, especially QU hockey games.

Carrie Czekeirda
Director of Community and Family Support Services
In her role as the Director of Community and Family Support Services, Carrie is able to provide much needed services to families and youth in the community. Her department provides services that include Parent Education, Supervised Visitation, Support Staff, Therapeutic Support Staff, Community Based Life Skills (CBLS) and One to One supports in various settings. In addition she oversees the interim staffing services for group homes, day programs and residential facilities.
Carrie has been part of the All Pointe Care team since February of 2006.
Carrie enjoys the opportunity to work with and support children, families and the community by providing qualified staff and programs that will meet the individualized needs of each family, program and individual they support.
In her spare time Carrie enjoys the outdoors and spending quality time with family and friends.

Tabbetha Rivers
Director of the Autism Services Department
Tabbetha oversees the Autism Department, which includes BCBA’s, Licensed Clinicians, and Behavior Technicians who provide in home Applied Behavior Analysis to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Tabbetha joined All Pointe’s team as a Master’s level Behaviorist in 2009. She loved it so much that she decided to go back to school to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and became the Director of Autism Services in October 2016.
She received a Masters of Arts in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and completed her Board Certification in Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology.
Tabbetha’s favorite part about her job is the family atmosphere with her co-workers. It continues to make every day worthwhile and fulfilling even after 10 years here.

Kathryn Wood-Marrow
Director of Residential and Community Services
Here at All Pointe, Kathryn is responsible for the oversight of her program ensuring that the needs of the individuals we serve are being met and that they are living their best lives. She is also responsible for the oversight of Office Case Managers, Behavior Clinicians and Support Staff in the field, ensuring that they are best supported and meeting all required trainings deemed by the State of Connecticut.
Kathryn joined All Pointe in 2007 as a Case Manager in the same department she now oversees. Prior to All Pointe Care, she worked as a Direct Support Staff and Manager for a non-profit organization both in Group Home and Day Support settings.
Kathryn loves working at All Pointe because of the family-like atmosphere as well as the families and individuals she and her team serve.
Outside of work, Kathryn loves spending time with her family and friends, traveling, attending sporting events, musicals and plays.

Annellie Reed
Administrator
Annellie is responsible for the planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating operations to ensure provision of adequate and appropriate care and services while adhering to regulatory requirements.
She joined the team in 2016
Annellie earned her degree at Wilcox College of Nursing. She had been an RN, BSN for 27 years, with 23 of those years in homecare. Her expertise is in pediatric care, and care of complex pediatric and adult patients.
Aside from All Pointe, Annellie is the owner of The Dog Cabin, a pet care service facility. In her free time, she loves spending time with her three daughters.
Annellie loves working at All Pointe because of what we stand for; providing reliable high quality care so that clients can reach their greatest potential.

Erica Muller
Clinical Manager
Erica is responsible for the oversight of the clinical team and operations.
Erica joined the team in November of 2017
She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Goodwin College with her BSN. She is also a Certified OAISIS Quality Specialist.
Erica loves working at All Pointe because her coworkers are like family to her. She also strongly believes in All Pointe’s mission, and that we can all make a difference in peoples lives if we love the job we are doing. Her job keeps her humble and pushes her to do her best every day.
In her free time, Erica loves painting, writing, and spending time with her family.

Dawn Velezis
Transitional Care Coordinator/ Scheduling Supervisor
Among many other things, Dawn is responsible for handling incoming referralls and overseeing the scheduling department.
She joined All Pointe in 2001.
In her free time, Dawn passes her time by spending time with her family, and especially loves being with her grandchildren.
